We don’t sell your data. We store as little as we can. Nothing you type here is ever published.

What we store

• The addresses you search, the reports you view, and any answers you give about your home. We keep those so your estimate improves and so you don’t have to start over.
• Your name, email, or phone, only if you type them in yourself.
• A scrambled, one-way version of your internet address, used only to spot abuse. We never store the address itself.
• One cookie from us, so a half-finished questionnaire picks up where you left off. No cookies from anyone else.

What we never do

• Sell or share your information with anyone.
• Publish anything you enter on this site.
• Run advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or ad pixels. There is no third-party code watching you here.
• Ask for anything sensitive. There are no accounts, no passwords, and we will never ask for financial or government ID information.

How we use what we store

We use it to prepare and improve valuations, and occasionally to send you mail about your home. That’s the whole list.

About the property facts

The facts shown on this site (size, year built, past sale prices) come from San Francisco public records. They are public whether or not this site exists. What you tell us about the inside of your home is not public, and we keep it that way.
